Commercial Tax Department (CTD), one of the Government departments, it has connectivity to all the Districts and towns in the State which are above 400 locations; the CTD network is also connected to APSWAN and other Banks.

All the 400 offices and Banks access the VAT applications, it is very critical that the entire VAT servers (Application and Database servers) be very secure, Hence CTD floated Tender for the complete Network security.
